Troubleshooting
Having trouble connecting? Start with these common checks.
LED Stays White The connection was not established.
A white LED indicates that the connection was not completed successfully.
- Make sure AX01 is connected directly to the console.
- Check that your controller is using a supported wired or 2.4GHz connection method.
- For PS5, make sure P5 NEX PLUS is connected correctly.
- For Xbox, make sure an original Xbox controller is connected to the authentication port.
- Disconnect AX01 and reconnect the devices following the Quick Setup steps above.
Controller Not Responding Check the controller and connection method.
Make sure the controller is connected to the correct AX01 port and is using a supported connection method.
Disconnect the controller, reconnect it to AX01, and wait for the AX01 indicator to remain solid.
Check the Controller Compatibility section above for tested controller models and connection methods.
PS5 Connection Failed Check P5 NEX PLUS and USB settings.
P5 NEX PLUS is required when using AX01 with PS5. Make sure it is connected correctly before connecting the controller you want to use.
Also make sure wired controller communication is enabled on your PS5:
