1.Product Usage Instructions
Plug the P5 NEX PLUS directly into the USB port of your target device to start using it. (For example: GP2040-CE arcade controllers (RP2040-based), XIM MATRIX, AIMZENIX adapters, etc.)
Important Notes

Please connect your device to the PS5 console using a wired connection.

Before use, make sure the PS5 USB communication method is enabled.

3.P5 NEX PLUS Connecting to a Keyboard & Mouse Adapter
Example: Connecting to Prelude (AX360P)
Important Notes:
Make sure your adapter firmware is updated to a version that supports P5 NEX PLUS.
Connect the adapter to the PS5 using a USB cable.

Insert the P5 NEX PLUS into the USB port on the adapter marked with a controller icon.

When the adapter shows a solid purple light, the connection is successful. You can now connect your keyboard and mouse to control the system.

Troubleshooting:

Check if your adapter firmware version supports the P5 NEX PLUS (e.g., version 2106 or above).

Ensure the USB cable used between the adapter and PS5 supports data transfer.
4.Connecting to GP2040-CE arcade controllers (RP2040-based)
Step 1: Check Firmware Version
Make sure your GP2040-CE firmware version is 0.7.7 or above.
Firmware Update Instructions:

Hold the START button on the arcade controller and connect it to your PC using a USB cable.

Download the latest firmware (or request it from your device seller).
On the website, click the reboot button in the top-right corner and select USB (BOOTSEL).
A drive named RP1-RP2 (E:) will appear on your PC. Drag and drop the firmware file into this drive. Wait for the transfer to complete (the drive will disappear automatically).
Step 2: Set Mode

Hold the START button again and reconnect to your PC.

In settings, select P5General mode and save.
Step 3: Peripheral Mapping Configuration

In the Function Configuration section, select Peripheral Mapping.

Enable USB0 D+ and set the value to 26.
Step 4: Reboot to Gamepad Mode

Click the reboot button in the top-right corner of the webpage.

Select Game Controller Mode.
Step 5: Connect to PS5

Connect the arcade controller to the PS5. Insert the P5 NEX PLUS into the USB port of the arcade controller. A breathing green light indicates a successful connection.

Press the HOME button on the arcade controller to start controlling.

If connection fails or disconnects after 8 minutes, contact your arcade controller manufacturer for support and compatibility confirmation.

Some arcade controllers require holding the A/Y button while connecting to the PS5 before inserting the P5 NEX PLUS.
5.Firmware Upgrade for P5 NEX PLUS
1. Download the P5_NEX_OTA package below and extract it on your computer.
2.Double-click P5_NEX_OTA.exe to launch the upgrade tool.
3.Connect the P5 NEX PLUS to your PC. Wait 10–20 seconds until the upgrade is complete, then unplug the device.
