The adapter has not established communication with the console. Please unplug and reconnect the AX01 and make sure it is fully inserted into the console's USB port.
Authentication failed. Please check: - An original Xbox controller is connected to the Authentication Port. - The authentication controller is an official Microsoft controller. - Reconnect the AX01 and try again.
In the app, go to Configuration Settings → View Button → Link Crosshair → Add Button.
The adapter has entered an abnormal state. Disconnect and reconnect the IX01 to reset it.
Please verify: - Your controller is listed as compatible. - It is connected to the Controller Port, not the Authentication Port. - The platform connection has completed successfully (LED should be solid in the corresponding platform color).
Hold the View button to enter Touchpad Emulation Mode. Use the Right Stick to control the touchpad cursor. Release the View button to exit Touchpad Emulation Mode.
Hold the Function Button while connecting the AX01 to a PC. When the LED turns solid yellow, the adapter has successfully entered Update Mode.
