Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Our 30-60 days Warranty covers abnormal product functions and non - human - caused physical damage. If your situation does not meet these criteria or the warranty period has expired, we are unable to provide the warranty. However, we will still offer technical support for your product issues. 2. Processing Procedures

 

Step 1: Submit a Support Email
Sending an email to service@aimzenix.com. To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following information in your email:

 

1.What's the product name?

2.Can you describe the problem you're facing? [A detailed description]

3.Do you have a video showing the issue? [A demonstrative video clearly showing it]

4.What have you tried to fix it?

5.Please share a screenshot of your order details. [the order number and the platform you purchased from]

 

Step 2: Initial Response
Our support team will check your email and respond to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays, UTC/GMT + 08:00, Monday to Friday). We may also provide further troubleshooting suggestions.

 

Step 3: Additional Feedback
If the troubleshooting steps we provided do not resolve your issue, please send us detailed feedback along with a video of your additional troubleshooting attempts.

 

Step 4: Warranty Activation
Upon confirming that your product is defective and cannot be resolved through troubleshooting in 30-60 days, we will request your consent to collect the necessary shipping details. We will then dispatch a replacement unit directly to you and finalize the warranty activation. The faulty item does not need to be returned.
