Troubleshooting

Issue Possible Cause Solution
No response after connection Zoom is not enabled; insufficient phone power; loose cable connection 1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and enable it.
2. Reconnect both ends of the cable.
3. Try charging the phone while connecting the device.
Game does not recognize the controller in Native Mode Controller support is not enabled in the game Open the game settings, find Peripheral Settings or Controller, and enable controller support.
Mapping Mode does not work 1. The device has not been connected to the GEEK GAMER app to save the configuration.
2. Required permissions were not granted as prompted by the app.		 1. Connect the device to the app, align the mapped buttons with the in-game controls, and tap Start Game to save the configuration.
2. Go to Settings > Accessibility and enable Zoom and other required permissions.
