Use the provided data cable in the package of the product. Connect the USB end to the PC and the Type-C end to the data port of AX300[STRIKER PRO]. If the green light is constantly on, the connection is successful.
If the connection is not successful and the
white light is flashing, you can try the following solutions:
1.Replug and restart the PC.
2.Update the USB driver.
3.Change the USB port.
4.Connect AX300[STRIKER PRO] to the docking station.
5.If you have changed the default mode to Switch or PS4 mode in the app[GEEKVICE], make sure to open the testing website or Steam platform to recognize it as a controller for successful connection.
