Why can't I detect the device?

When you install the app for the first time, the app will request Bluetooth and location permissions. Please select Allow authorization for all permissions to avoid connection failures later.

Note: If Bluetooth and location permissions are not turned on, it will affect the
connection. If the app does not prompt to open normally, please check and turn them on.

Then:Start scanning for connected devices via the app.

Troubleshooting for APP connection failure:

(1) Check whether the indicator light of converter is on normally;

(2) Check whether Bluetooth permission and location permission are
enabled;

(3) Since the device needs to be connected through app scanning, if you have
already connected the device s Bluetooth in the phone s Bluetooth settings,
please cancel the pairing and use the app to scan and connect again
